"There are plenty of prophets and kings who would have given their right arm to see what you are seeing but never got so much as a glimpse, to hear what you are hearing but never got so much as a whisper." Luke

I never knew what I know

Perhaps I still don't know

But what I've always known

Is that I stood firmly

With all of them

The living

The dead

The unborn

We stood firmly

Sound in body mind and soul

As bright as God's blinding light

As beautiful as full bloom roses

So splendid in all their colours

Not even King Solomon in all his splendour was as beautiful as one of these!

Marvelous

Under the spotlight of summer's delight

We stood firmly

Still as isiziba (ocean depths)

United in body mind and soul

hearts beamed with joy

We sang in unison

Who was not to be?

Aren't I from a people

Who's voices rose to defeat the oppressor

Did my ancestors not crush you

With their wholesome spirit?

I am MaMpondo from Pondoland Kingdom

Mangwane from the Ngwane Kingdom

Of Swaziland

I am a being who's breadth is immortal

I'm a mask of beauty

As ancient as God decided for me to be

I never thought it was important for me to explain myself

I was busy with the task at hand

Matters of God's Kingdom for all that is

God's time is essential

God's time is NOW

One has to carry out the task at hand without delay for whatever mission one is assigned to

Perhaps if you played your role excellently well

Instead of being deceitful

You wouldn't have found the need to question my roots

Not that you bothered me

Its your breadth!

I decide about me

Not YOU!

You not my King

You king of sorrow!

Didn't God ask you?

"Should you not fear me?" declares the LORD. Should you not tremble in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it." Jeremiah

I guess you never knew me!
